Odeon Cinema

Vintage landmark from KL’s golden cinema era
History
The original Odeon Cinema was a landmark of 1930s Art Deco architecture.
For generations of KL residents, it was a prime spot for watching the latest blockbusters. The cinema ceased operations in the late 20th century. After a period of neglect, the building was thankfully preserved and adapted. Today, its iconic facade houses a Watsons flagship store. It stands as a symbol of KL's evolution, representing the preservation of architectural heritage through adaptive reuse.
